4 Powerful Platforms That Will Double Your Blog Traffic

4 Powerful Platforms That Will Double Your Blog Traffic in 2023

As a blogger, you must be gaining organic blog traffic so you will have revenue and feel motivated because someone is actually reading your blog post.

I know the feeling of not gaining any views from your blogs.

But did you know that there are platforms that you can use to increase your blog traffic organically?

In this blog, you will know the 4 powerful platforms that will skyrocket your blog traffic, why are these platforms powerful? And when is the best time to post on social media?

Why is blog traffic important?

It is important for every blogger because the readers and audiences will serve as the leads and customers for your service.

You won’t generate revenue if your blog has no traffic. It could also be the one that will make your website continue to run. Are you going to continue to write if you are not gaining traffic?

Facebook

Facebook is the largest social media used by people around the world with 36.9% of the population all over the world.

You can use this platform to promote your blogs by joining Facebook groups where you can post and upload your link that will redirect to your post.

I use this technique by sharing my blogs on my Facebook profile so my friends can find and read my blogs if they caught their interest.

Facebook top referrer for blog traffic

This has also the highest number of referrers to my website based on the WordPress data.

When is the best time to post on Facebook?

Marketers said that the best time to post on Facebook is between 6:00-9:00 pm, 3:00-6:00 pm, and 9:00-12:00 pm every Saturday.

However, these times are just estimated and it still depends on your audience. This is why you have to study and observe the behavior of your audience at which time is their peak and what time they usually visit your website.

From other sources, Buffer says it’s the best time between 1:00-3:00 pm.

Twitter

Every writer should have a Twitter account.

I mainly use Twitter in sharing my blog posts on several platforms to gain traffic from other readers.

Most of the writers are doing the same.

In fact, you can use the hashtag that I always use on Twitter when sharing my post: #writingcommunity and #writerslift.

Most of the writers are using this tag to reach other writers and lift each other.

Also, you can target companies and known organizations from your blog post and then mention them in your Tweet.

This is exactly what I did in one of my Tweets and got massive impressions with a total of 30,805 and 300+ link clicks to my blog.

Massive blog traffic on Twitter

When is the best time to post on Twitter?

Unlike Facebook, the best time to post on Twitter is 8:00 am, usually on weekdays from Monday to Thursday.

On the other hand, Hubspot said the opposite, on their given data, the best time to post is every Friday from 9:00 pm to 12:00 pm.

Quora

Quora, short for Question or Answer, is a powerful platform to promote your blog.

Most bloggers, especially beginners, didn’t know about this but it could be the best way to promote your blog indirectly.

Why indirectly?, you ask, since Quora is created to answer questions, more likely a forum and platform to discuss a certain subject, some people get mad when someone is promoting their blogs.

But I found a tricky way for marketing…

By answering questions related to your niche, you can link your blog posts to your answers.

And this is what I am doing, fortunately, it is working.

Link your blog to Quora and gain blog traffic

Take a look at one of my answers in Quora where I am linking my answers to my blog.

I have had an account in Quora since 2018, but I didn’t know the purpose of this platform back then until I learned this tricky way to promote my blogs and I continued to use it.

There is no exact time on when to answer the questions, so you can promote your blogs anytime you want.

Answering questions is addictive, to be honest.

Dreemport

This is an underrated platform to promote your blogs. In fact, there are only a few people who know about this, most of them are probably from a Web 3.0 blockchain-based blogging platform called Hive.

Dreemport is a platform to engage and gain blog traffic.

I know that everyone should know about this, especially new bloggers who want to gain traffic on their websites.

How does it work?

First, you have to curate and read other bloggers’ blogs – it is 5 blogs in total, then you will need to rank it from 1-5 (1 as the best).

It’s up to you if you will comment on their blog.

After curating, you can submit your blog posts to Dreemport. When you pass the screening, your blog post will be curated by other bloggers who will also submit their blogs – and the loop will repeat.

This is a win-win situation for everyone because you will also receive DREEM tokens which can be converted to cash.

By this, you are gaining organic traffic from other people. The good thing is, you don’t have to pay anything for this.

Conclusion

You don’t have to pay to promote your blogs. It is burning your pocket for paying a huge amount of paid advertisement.

I don’t pay for ads, I do it myself. What you need is to learn how to target your audience and tricky ways for content promotion.

You can make your blog post viral by using these platforms if you learn how to properly use and do it.

Nevertheless, make sure that your blog post is well-written and organized so it will be easier for readers to understand the context of your content. I use this article template when I write to make my blogs organized.
